The only positive of winter creeping in is that gig season is well and truly back. Summer festivals are a distant memory and in their place are plenty of dark nights spent alongside the likes of R&B icon Ashanti, punk legends Stiff Little Fingers and the timelessly soulful JP Cooper. Tickets for all of these and more will be available this week.
JP Cooper
JP Cooper has confirmed that he will return to venues across the UK in April next year – a run that includes dates at Nottingham’s Rock City (20/4) and Bristol’s SWX (21/4). As proven on Sing It With Me (his latest collaboration with Astrid S), JP Cooper continues to dazzle audiences with captivating vocals.

Seafret
The acoustic bliss created by Bridlington duo Seafret is one of the most chilling sounds produced this decade. Their 2015 single, Oceans, has received over 75 million views and they have confirmed UK dates for 2020 including one at Bristol’s SWX on 14th March.

Stiff Little Fingers
Stiff Little Fingers have confirmed their return to Nottingham’s Rock City with a show on 24th March next year. The legendary Belfast punks have toured extensively over the past few years, but continue to make their live shows reminiscent of their early days.

Ashanti
One of R&B’s most iconic superstars, Ashanti, has confirmed her return to Rock City on 6th February next year. Expect classics such as Foolish and Rain On Me to be given an outing alongside her other feel-good hits.

King Nun
Currently playing across Europe with glam-rock icons The Struts, King Nun have confirmed headline shows for February 2020 including a date at The Bodega on 8th February. Their debut LP, Mass, has received soaring reviews from NME and DIY since its release earlier this month so expect to hear a lot of that next year.
