Admission Policy
- No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices
- No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event, unless for medical reasons (a
dietary card will be required)
- No glass bottles or containers are permitted, includes perfume
- Customers are permitted to bring an empty reusable bottle to use at water refill points (or a
sealed plastic bottle - max. size 500ml). On sites where there are no refill points, water is
available from the bars
- Any form of chair including deckchairs, camping chairs, folding chairs, gazebos, picnic blankets
and tents are prohibited
- Umbrellas are permitted on site; however they must be taken down during the show
- No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs
- Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings
- No illegal substances can be brought into the site – anyone caught with illegal substance(s)
will have their ticket made invalid and be reported to the relevant authorities, no refunds will
be given
- You may only leave and re-enter the venue during the event at the discretion of the organisers
and/or that of venue management, with an appropriate pass-out. Otherwise, there will be no
re-admission or pass outs of any kind
