If you purchase an adult ticket, you may be entitled to a free companion ticket. Simply email access@alttickets.com with your order reference number and one of the following, and our access team will review your request:
- Front page of DLA / PIP
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Access Card with a +1 symbol
Please note we do not accept blue badges as evidence, and any evidence submitted must cover the dates of the festival.

Wollaton Park is a deer park and home of Wollaton Hall, Nottingham Natural History Museum and Nottingham Industrial Museum in the heart of Nottingham.Accessibility information:
This venue is open air and mostly sits on a sloping, green-field site.Companion tickets are not allocated to parent/guardians of children aged 17 and under, as all children under 17 attending Splendour Festival must be accompanied by a responsible adult/carer.
Any adults with accessibility difficulties who require a free essential companion ticket please book your 1 adult entry ticket then email your reference number and proof of eligibility to access@alttickets.com.
Any of the below are accepted, in addition we will review an application without these forms on a case-by-case basis.
