Widely considered one of the finest Concert Halls in the world, Symphony Hall sits in the bustling heart of Birmingham City centre and as well as being home to the CBSO also hosts the best in jazz, world music, folk, rock, pop and stand-up comedy. The Hall also plays an important role in the life of the region and is regularly used for community events, graduation ceremonies and conferences.

Lifts are available to access the upper levels of Symphony Hall, but there are steps in the auditorium on all Levels, including the Stalls.
In Town Hall there are stairs when you enter the Circle, and you need to descend these for all rows except A. If you need flat access to your seat please ask when booking.

Accessible toilets are available on Levels 3, 5 and 5a of Symphony Hall and on all levels at Town Hall. Please note that there is no accessible toilet on Level 4 of Symphony Hall, although lifts are available for easy access to other levels. S
