PA tickets (where required) are available for customers who have purchased a valid ticket and meet the following criteria:
Receives middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance for care and/or mobility
Receives Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Is registered D/deaf or blind.
Holds an "Access Card" (also known as a CredAbility Card or Nimbus Card) â€" and includes +1 on the card
Receives Armed Forces Independence Payment or War Disablement Pension
Where none of the above apply, a specific medical letter by a valid professional will be accepted. The evidence should state additional needs and the support required.
