Our pillar free, draped hall is a fully adaptable venue which can be transformed to accommodate exhibitions, conferences, sporting events and concerts.
The flexible Ericsson Exhibition Hall is 6,000 sqm with a retractable wall, dividing the hall into 4,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm.
The two ground level vehicle entry doors (one located at the north entrance and one located at the south entrance) provide easy access for unloading and loading of production.
The Ericsson Exhibition Hall has accommodated a number of large exhibitions and conferences for cients such as Trade Only, Executive Hire, Boots and Whitbread. It has also hosted a number of artists such as Jess Glynne, Scouting for Girls, Radio 1xtra Live, The Enemy, Britain’s Got Talent and deadmau5.
The Ricoh Arena also has its own stage which is modular and can be broken down for flexibility.
A minimum of 5% of the total car parking spaces provided are wide bays. There are 100 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site. Access into the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15.
Accessible taxis can be booked through the venue.
Entrance into the north entrance of the Ricoh Arena is via a low gradient entrance for easy access by wheelchair users.
All lift control panels are located at a level which can be easily reached by wheelchair users.
Braille or tactile buttons have also been used within this facility.
All lifts have a voice and visual indication of the floor level.
All stairs and ramps are fitted with handrails and balustrades.
Accessible toilets are available on all levels and are accessed by a RADAR key.
All conference and meeting rooms have an accessible toilet within close proximit
