On Friday 1 April 2016 Newcastle Theatre Royal and Newcastle City
Hall merged becoming one organisation under the management of AMG.
Both venues will continue to put on a wide and wonderful array of top
shows in two of Newcastle’s most historic and much loved

information, and online bookings will be www.theatreroyal.co.uk or
www.newcastlecityhall.org (redirected to the Theatre Royal), where
you can also sign up for brochures and email newsletters.
From 1 April the City Hall foyer Box Office will only be open, for
ticket collections and sales, on days with performances from “doors
open” as shown on our website until curtain up on the main act.
From 1 April the City Hall Box Office on College Street will be closed.
All tickets for City Hall and the Theatre Royal will be available from the
Theatre Royal Box Office on Grey Street, which is open from 9.00am to
8.00pm Monday to Saturday (6.00pm on nights with no performance at
the Theatre Royal).

There are 6 spaces in the Stalls on which priority is
given to wheelchair users.
There is an accessible toilet in the ground floor foyer.
Assistance dogs are welcome in. There are two Blue Badge parking spaces on College Street.
Additionally, most parking meters are free to Blue Badge holders all areas of the hall
For selected City Hall shows, one free ticket for the companion of a disabled person who is not able to attend the event unaccompanied may be available.
