Friday is here once again and, like clockwork, we have some fantastic new releases to rave about. Sigala returns alongside Ella Henderson with floorfiller, ‘We Got Love’, which is certain to be played in nightclubs across the country for the foreseeable and Pinegrove make their Rough Trade debut with Phase from forthcoming LP, Marigold.

Krept & Konan – Revenge Is Sweet

Four years since their last LP, Krept & Konan are back in emphatic style with new album Revenge Is Sweet. With contributions from Stormzy, Tory Lanez and more, it is a record that has been worth the wait and packs many punches from the get go. Featuring skits throughout, it is a release brilliantly showcasing exactly what they’ve been doing over the past decade.

Sean McGowan – Curate Calm, Create Chaos (EP)

Punk poet Sean McGowan is one of the most enjoyable live performers we’ve caught this year. His life stories resonate brilliantly via guitar led anthems and he has once again provided these with latest EP, Curate Calm, Create Chaos. Across five tracks he relives a turbulent period in his life – writing honestly and personally, his self-awareness is one to be admired.

Torres - Good Scare

Joining the Merge Records roster, Torres has dropped Good Scare from upcoming LP, Silver Tongue, which is out in January. Eerily beautiful; as was the case with previous LP, Three Futures, Torres tells a tale of being so familiar with someone's traits that they are no longer concerning - but simply a 'Good Scare.'

Sigala – We Got Love (feat. Ella Henderson)

Sigala has received over 2 billion streams – and with good reason. Collaborating with the likes of Paloma Faith, Craig David, The Vamps and now Ella Henderson, Sigala has a knack for creating infectious, floor-filling music and sourcing the perfect artist to provide vocals. We Got Love follows suit and will definitely be blasting out in nightclubs across the UK for the foreseeable.

Alfie Templeman – Don’t Go Wasting Time

The title track from his upcoming EP, Don’t Go Wasting Time is Alfie Templeman’s latest offering via Chess Club. Typically laden with bedroom-pop crooning, the 16 year old is heading out on a nationwide tour with Sports Team later this year and it is clear to see the appeal.

Beans On Toast - England, I Love You

Beans On Toast offers a tongue in cheek jibe at everyone from Boris Johnson to the general population of England with latest politically-commentary-esque anthem, England, I Love You.
