As Friday comes around again, so too does a whole host of great new tracks and albums. This week, we delve into new releases from Parcels, Charli XCX, Metronomy and Alfie Templeman!
Fresh from their SOLD OUT date at London's Islington Assembly Hall, Parcels have shared their eagerly-awaited new album Day/Night which NME called 'an ambitious and arresting step forward'. Great news if you're a fan of Charli XCX! Last night, she unleashed loads of announcements. As well as sharing the name and release date of her new album 'Crash', she also announced UK tour dates for next year - including Nottingham's Rock City next summer. If that wasn't enough, there's a new track with Christine and the Queens & Caroline Polachek called 'New Shapes'. Check it out below!
Alfie Templeman returns with more new music, this time in the form of '3D Feelings'. It was even made Hottest Record by BBC Radio 1's Clara Amfo! If you like what you hear, then don't miss Alfie live at Nottingham's Rescue Rooms and Thekla, Bristol in March next year.
Before they head on tour next year, including dates at O2 Academy Bristol & O2 Academy Oxford, Metronomy have shared another taste of upcoming album 'Small World' with latest track 'It's Good To Be Back'. Take a listen below!
