Outdoor shows are being announced thick and fast and personally we cannot wait to be back in a field under the glorious sunshine singing along to our favourite tunes.

There are plenty of huge shows going on sale this week, including Catfish and the Bottlemen's biggest ever Welsh show at Swansea’s Singleton Park.

Gerry Cinnamon's phenomenal live performance will be heading to Cardiff Castle and Frank Turner is embarking on a solo tour to some of the most coveted UK venues.

Catfish and the Bottlemen

Catfish and the Bottlemen’s rise has been incredible. Since the release of the multi-platinum selling debut, The Balcony (2014), they have sold out arenas worldwide and headlined festivals including the inaugural ‘Community’ at Finsbury Park and TRNSMT in Glasgow. On 23rd May next year they will headline Swansea’s Singleton Park – their biggest Welsh show to date. Bringing You Me At Six, Feeder and Yonaka with them, it will be their only Wales date of 2020.

Gerry Cinnamon

Glaswegian singer-songwriter Gerry Cinnamon is one of the most exciting artists in the world right now. With sophomore LP, The Bonny, released in April next year, he has announced a huge show at Cardiff Castle to celebrate. Best known for his brutally honest lyricism, Cinnamon has gained a legion of loyal fans over the past few years with infectious hits such as Belter and Kampfire Vampire.

Frank Turner

‘No Man’s Land’, aka Frank Turner’s latest offering, ties together his two main interests in life – history and songwriting. Singing tales of serial killers, the inventor of rock’n’roll and a jazz obsessed heiress who fought for the Free French, Turner’s work is from the same stem as Nick Cave’s Murder Ballads. Five years in the making, this is undoubtedly his most original work to date and he will be touring it across the country with shows in Brighton, York, Bath, Southend and Nottingham.

Jack Savoretti

Since the release of his debut LP, Between the Minds, in 2007, Jack Savoretti’s signature voice has travelled the world. Gaining superlatives from a wide array of outlets – from The Independent to Kylie Minogue (whom he dueted with on ‘Music’s Too Sad Without You’) – he has announced a massive show at Telford’s QEII Arena on 27th June next year. His latest record, Singing to Strangers, is his first number one album.

The Rifles

Indie-rock icons The Rifles stepped back from their usual raucous setup in 2017 to release the 16-track Unplugged Album – Recorded At Abbey Road Studios. Featuring fan favourites Local Boy, The Great Escape and Rock The Boat, the record was a new dimension for the London five-piece. They will be reworking these tracks and many others across the country next year when they set out on an unplugged tour, which features dates in Nottingham, Gateshead, Glasgow, 2 nights at London’s 100 Club, Portsmouth, Bristol, Dublin, Cork, Sheffield and Leeds.

SlØtface

Norwegian pop-punk outfit Sløtface will perform across the UK in March 2020. The run of shows includes dates at The Louisiana, Bristol, The Bodega, Nottingham and The Garage, London. Recently playing alongside Pup in the UK and Europe – Sløtface’s live show is spectacular and their debut LP, Try Not To Freak Out, “nails the balance between rebellious anthems and cutting social commentary.”
