Beat The Streets has confirmed its return to Nottingham on Sunday 26th January 2020, and with this confirmation comes the first wave of acts.
Sheffield rockers Sheafs, local soul sensation Mollie Ralph, ‘Future Sound of Nottingham’ winner Remy and rock ‘n’ roll quartet Reflekter are amongst the first 30 local and national acts that will be performing across five stages (Rock City, Rescue Rooms, The Bodega and Rough Trade). The Circle of Light project (featuring the likes of Scor-zay-zee, Rob Green and Stacey McMullen) will be unveiling their line-up for Beat The Streets shortly.
After raising £167,000 across the previous two events, all proceeds from ticket sales, merchandise and bar sales in DHP venues will once again be donated to the Nottinghamshire charity dedicated to improving lives of local homeless people.
Proceeds from Beat The Streets 2019 enabled Framework to open the doors of their Sneinton homeless shelter all year round – providing ten direct access accommodation places for those sleeping rough in Nottingham. Overall, Framework helped 16,922 people last year and accommodated 2,909 of those.
Also taking place on the day to help raise further funds will be the charity tombola located at Rock City's merchandise desk. Due to popular demand, a vast array of exciting prizes will once again be available to win.
Tickets are priced at £7 (minimum donation) and £10 (suggested donation) and are available now here.
